Fishing in Palomar Ponds:  Please be reminded that fishing is NOT PERMITTED in PHCA ponds. While we understand the appeal, fishing lures and lines have repeatedly caused significant damage to the fountains—sometimes resulting in repairs that cost thousands of dollars.
We all share in the responsibility of maintaining the beauty and functionality of our neighborhood, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please be sure to share this reminder with your children and family members. We’ve had ongoing issues with minors and individuals fishing and have had to repeatedly ask them to leave the premises. Fishing is strictly prohibited.
