The Association Manager is a key asset to the Palomar Hills community and has primary responsibility for the effective and efficient administration of all neighborhood business. The Manager reports to the Palomar Hills Community Association Board of Directors and is instrumental in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs necessary to the effective management of our residential community.
Located on the eastern edge of historic Mill Ridge Farm and minutes from world renowned Keeneland Racecourse, the Palomar Hills community has 663 homes situated on 200 acres.
